USA Rugby
Founded in 1975, USA Rugby is the national governing body for the sport of rugby in America, and a Full Sport Member of the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) and World Rugby.
Currently headquartered in Lafayette, Colorado, USA Rugby is charged with developing the game on all levels and has over 115,000 active members. USA Rugby oversees four national teams, multiple collegiate and high school All-American sides, and an emerging Olympic development pathway for elite athletes.
Mid-Atlantic Conference
MAC of USA Rugby consists of the Capital and the East Penn Geographic Unions (GUs).
Eastern PA Rugby Union
The EPRU is comprised of clubs and colleges in Eastern & Central Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware and is one of the largest Geographical Unions in the nation with over 2,500 members. Some of the country's most successful coaching, refereeing and medical clinics are organized and conducted by the EPRU.
SCHUYLKILL River Exiles Men’s Rugby
Schuylkill River Exiles Rugby Club was founded in 1995 and is the only Men´s Division I club that trains and plays in Philadelphia. The Exiles are home to both a Men’s Division I and Division III 15s team as well as a Summer 7s program containing competitive, open, and U23 Academy sides. Philadelphia Rugby and Schuylkill share O’Neals as their sponsor social bar post matches and collaborate on many youth and community projects in the Philadelphia Area.
Philadelphia GrypHons Rugby
The Philadelphia Gryphons Rugby Football Club (RFC) 501(c)3 is a sports organization dedicated to encouraging participation, building athleticism, and improving our community through the sport of Rugby. The Gryphons work to foster a diverse environment that welcomes all athletes, regardless of age, race, fitness level or sexual orientation. They are a member of the Eastern Pennsylvania Rugby Union and International Gay Rugby, and compete in Division IV play. The Gryphons graciously host Philadelphia Rugby in the winter off-season for Saturday morning touch - newcomers welcome!
