PWRFC has secured a 7s coach for the Summer 2019 season!

Coach Adam Dick, currently coaching the UPenn Women, will be joining us this summer as our new 7s head coach. Adam is a 300 level certified coach with over 15 years of experience coaching rugby. He was very actively involved in developing 7s programs, starting the first women's 7s squad at the University of Arizona, coaching all-star teams, and identifying talent for top teams.

We asked Adam what he was looking forward to with coaching Philly Women:

"I’m excited to have the opportunity to work with a club that has a great culture and a group of committed athletes who push each other to be their best. With the beginnings of a Philadelphia area high school 7s competition in the works (led by one of PWRFC’s own), and the rising level of the college game, the opportunities for Philly Women to encourage, facilitate, and benefit from the growth of rugby in our area are terrific."
